The February US search market share results say that Yahoo has lost the market share that it gained by November because of the default search engine deal with Mozilla Firefox. Google has been actively lobbying Firefox users to set Google as their default search engine. More recently the company has been aggressively working to lure back the users. According to Comscore Yahoo has lost roughly 10% of its users. Google and Bing have gained a tenth of a point. From December to January, yahoo has gained 1.2 points at expense of Google. The numbers did not take count of Mobile searches in which Google is more dominant. The industry is awaiting the outcome of the search break off of Apple's deal with Safari.
